Fun Stuff!
Heyyyyyy, Folks ...
Just when I really, really knew I didn't know it all... some stampers appeared this weekend at the San Mateo show and proved that to me all over again! :{<>
The stamped images below were made from our new Rubber Die Plate #69 by two wonderful ladies, Judy and Pat, from Scrap-n-doodle in Yreka and Redding, California. They saw our 3-D EvoMum Plates and saw possibilites that I had never, ever seen before. They sat down at our booth Sunday and proceeded to create and show me the wonders they could perform with these stamps. I'm still in awe. They used Rub Ons for over-all basic coloring, stamped the images with Black Document and added Translucent EvoGlitter in chosen areas. 'Nuf words ... here are the pics... worth a thousand of these mere words:

Judy and Pat are scheduling classes for making these neat creations in the two stores. I don't have the details of the classes, but I do have a phone number: 1-530-841-1786. If you're in either of these areas... give them a call, knock 3 times and say, "Psst...Evo sent me... lay your class info on me!" And, Folks? The excitement of creativity flows with a vibrance that is unbelievable from these two ladies. I'm still tingling from their energy.
Okay... many of you have asked for a tutorial on making these flowers, so here it is. But if you're in the Yreka or Redding, CA area, be sure to attend these classes or visit the above stores ... creativity and ideas abound there! More than I could ever convey through this simple explanation of "how to".

The left layered flower was made by stamping the largest flower on Plate #69 three times, using the #2 trimmed image as the base flower, them trimming the other two images out to match #4 and #6. I've also shown here other ways to trim out the basic flowers to achieve different possibilities. After trimming... use Pop-Dots or thick Glue-Dots to attach.
The right flower was made by stamping all 4 sizes of the Plate #69 flower then using #1 as your base flower and layering #'s 2a, 3a and 4a on top. And keep in mind that this cut-layer technique can also be done with Plates #60, 66, 67 & 68.
