Heyyyyy, Folks...
Our plane trip (taken literally by Mr Evo who tripped over my pull-along luggage as we were going through the first class section to our seat in coach but did a fantastic slow-motion save) went smoothly both coming and going! We couldn't have asked for a better trip or better weather.
50 Vendors descended on Mesa
Early Friday afternoon
To set up tables and display their wares ...
Excitement filled the room!
Er, um ... make that rooms...
This year the show was spread out between two buildings with 41 vendors in the main bldg , 8 vendors in the next bldg (down the hall across from the classroom) plus Xpedx in their own room next door.
We particularly like going to the Mesa show, because my sister Grace and her hubby Ernie live there. We get the full benefits of staying at the "Grace & Ernie Hotel", eating home-cooked food, being chauffeured around in the "Ernie-Mobile", plus fantastic set-up, break-down and show help. And ... as this trip proved ... viewing yet another talented person's creations. This trip's featured artist is multi-talented Ernie.
I never did make it over to the main hall during the show, and I have a feeling many of you stampers who were there never made it over to our side of the show, sooooooooo in my best Paul Harvey voice ... Here it is, Folks, The "Rest" of The Mesa Show and The "Rest" of the story:

Oh! And special, special thanks to Nissa from Jim Stephan's booth who remembered I admired one of their Sculpied Craft Knives from the Del Mar show and delivered it to me in Mesa! Nissa, I LUV my new craft knife. It's smooth & easy to hold and cuts like a dream! Not to mention its loveliness. It's a permanent fixture now when I'm cutting.:}>
