Heyyyyyy, Folks...

Stampfest has passed ...
Happened so fast!
But what a show it wuz!

We're back home ...
But not alone...
And this is why becuz!

"Becuz" ... we brought home special memories of this show ... family/friends/vendor memories and more.

Family Memories: Cecilia (our daughter known as Cevo) and Stephanie (12 years old and refuses to be known as Stevo) went with us to this show. The first few years that Mr Evo and I were at the Orlando show, Cecilia and Stephanie and Adam would come for a day to shop and visit. Last year Cecilia and Stephanie went with us to help, and this year they did too. Adam? He has his own special memories this year and last year of his weekend of swimming and movie-going and doing fun things with his father. Adam is a tad impatient at rubber stamp shows, so he chose not to go. Well, the "bribe" money he received this year from his mom and grandma to stay home and have fun didn't hurt, either. ;}>

Friends Memories: At our first StampFest Orlando in June, 1996 ... we met NorJean and Mary and Corky and MJ and sooo many of you for the first time in person. This weekend we saw many of you again and had the fun of meeting many of you for the first time. Thanks to all of you who let us know who you were! And... those of you that didn't??? Shame on you... don't ever let it happen again, you hear me??? :{<>

Vendor Memories: StampFest Orlando in 1996 was our 2nd show ever. We were real newbies. Our first show had been just a few months before... also in Florida. We were nervous, we were scared, and we were shy. We came away feeling on top of the world in 1996. You made us feel that way. We came away yesterday feeling the same. Thank you!

And thanks to NorJean and Mary and Jill for your wonderful help in our booth! And to Cevo and Stephanie! We couldn't have done it without you.

And Stephanie??? It's OK that you were asleep under the booth when Nancy G came by with her beautiful granddaughter in the stroller and I asked her, "Wanna see MY beautiful granddaughter?" Because HER beautiful granddaughter was asleep, too. Beautiful granddaughters are that way, yes you are ... you need your beauty sleep. And beautiful you both were.

Memories. Old ones and new ones. I love them all ... just wish I could remember all of them! I'm working on that... check back in 20 years to see how I've progressed. ;}>

Sidelines to the show: Lisa M won the tag contest! Congratulations, Lisa! And, DC Stamps won the drawing at the Stewart Superior Social Saturday night! Congratulations, DC Stamps! And... Bennigans wins for the best potato soup and ultimate nachos in the whole wide world. Which means we won, 'cause we ate there two times! Which means we won three times, 'cause we were at this show, and so were many of you. Which means... you are the winners. Hands down! Because... without you... there would have been no winners and no memories and no chance of devouring ultimate nachos. Thank you for being there. And thanks for the new memories.
