Heyyyyy, Folks...
The weather for the San Mateo show was perfect! Quite different from the snow we had in Pennsauken, NJ just two week ends before. Wish you all could have been there!
We had an amusing incident at the Tampa airport going through security. Our carry-ons, as usual, were packed solid with lots of stamping stuff that wouldn't fit into our bins. My carry-on was pulled for inspection ... seems there were some "unidentifiable" items in it. I knew immediately what was in question: stacks of rubber die plates (which xrays can't penetrate) and a collection of "arm" card holders (some of which had a heavy metal dragon-fly base).
After sifting through the contents, asking the usual "what are these for???" questions and letting me attempt to put all back in as neatly as they were originally packed, the security guard looked back at the "x-rayer" and yelled ... "Heyyyyy, Martha ... it was Rubber Dies and Dragon Flies!" The man was a poet and didn't know-it. ;}>
This was the first year for the Friday Fee classes, and attendance was light. However, all the comments I heard from both stampers and teachers were positive ... so watch for classes again next year, and be sure to sign up ahead of time!
And thanks to Terri Lynne and Kimberly for your wonderful help! You were both absolutely amazing. And thank you, stampers, for being at the show! You were a delight to meet and re-meet and share ideas with ... and without you, there would be no show.
I did take some Colorful-California photos and have them up here:

Hope you enjoy them!
Oh! And by the way... remember Mr Evo's lost drivers license at the Atlanta airport coming home from NJ? It magically appeared in our mailbox last week! :{<> It was mailed to him by the Hapeville, GA post office!
And remember my jacket he lost? Still lost. But ... I'm keeping my eyes on that mailbox. ;}>
