Heyyyyy, Folks...
Good News: We're back from the West Springfield, MA show! :}>
Bad News: We arrived home Wednesday afternoon ... two days later than expected due to Mr Evo's "misbehaving" and being admitted into Mercy hospital Thursday night before the show.
Good News again: We're back from the West Springfield, MA show! :}>
Bad News: Mr Evo was admitted into our local hospital a couple of hours after we arrived home where, even as I type, he's enjoying being catered to by his wonderful nurses. I don't know if I ever told you or not, but Mr Evo LUVS attention!
Good news: Cevo went with us to the West Springfield show and, with the help of other angel stampers, successfully set-up our booth Friday and handled the show for us both Saturday and Sunday. :}>
Bad news: Cevo hasn't said so, but I know she deserves a raise. :{/
I wish I could give you a report on the show but ... I wasn't there! :{<>
What I can report on:
My Friday class: EvoTemplates 101
Eighteen of you signed up and showed up! I had several people tell me it would be OK to cancel the class ... that you would understand ... but I couldn't do that. I was there, and you were there. Thanks to each of you who were there and put up with several inconveniences that were a result of the current circumstances. You made my efforts to be there worth every moment. I had had approximately one and a half hours of sleep the night before, and you woke me up! You were wonderful, and I hope you enjoyed the class as much as I did.
Our helpers:
Thank you, Mary Ann and Jack Gindlesperger, for driving 5 hours from PA to help Friday night, Saturday and Sunday... and for staying later than you had planned to stay Sunday to help us pack up.
Thank you, Donna Bedard for being there all three days for us... set-up on Friday and helping both Saturday and Sunday.
Thank you, Mary Garvey, for jumping in Friday and helping Cevo when you saw our need. We know you hadn't planned on doing that.
Thank you, Marion Davis, for being in my Friday class and letting me know you could help Saturday and Sunday if needed. You were needed, and you were indeed there ... demoing and showing and talking to stampers.
And thank you, both stampers and vendors, who let us know Mr Evo was missed at the show. And thank you for your hugs and warm wishes to him when I was allowed to bring him to the show the last couple of hours Sunday. (Did I mention he LUVS attention?????) You made him feel very, very special, and that makes each and everyone of you very, very special.
Good news: Any orders that came in while we were gone started going out to you today ... thanks to 14 year old granddaughter, Stephanie, (who refuses to be called "Stevo") who is taking over Mr Evo's "shipping department" until he's back.
