Supplies Used:
Set/2 Oval Framing EvoTemplates......Set/16 Curvey-Thangs
......
Flower on top right - Rubber Die Plate #69

Toilet Tissue (tp)......Memories Electric Rainbow Pad
Liquid Starch.............Big Blue Stipple Brush
Scissors or Craft Knife.....................Glue
5.5" x 4.25" standard folded card

Instructions
#1. Lay 5 layers of double ply or 9 layers of single ply toilet tissue on Oval Frame template. The center oval was removed for this card, but you can also leave it in and tp both.
#2. Dip stipple brush into half & half starch and water solution and tap, tap, tap solution onto tp, molding the paper around oval and rectangle edges as you tap. Soak up excess with paper towel. Let dry. (You can speed up the drying process with a hair dryer.)

Wet-stipple tp over template....dry and trim sides
....

#3. Leaving dry molded tp on template, stipple colors on outside frame. Stippling around the "scalloped circle" curvey-thangs, fill the oval with soft, stippled shapes.

#4.Mount on standard size card front and glue in place.
#5. Stamp 3 #69 flower images, trim off edges, color and glue on tp'd card front.
Then... enjoy your creation!
