This is simply a basic black card covered with fused Mint Sparkle Fibers. Is this awesome or what???
Fused Mint Sparkle Fibers on Black
You have to imagine what this looks like in real life. Scans simply don't do the Angelina Fibers justice.

Top leaf is stamped on white cardstock, stencil-colored in, then a swath of fused Mint Sparkle is applied on top. The Froggie, and two other leaves are stamped on Evo's white Stamp & Peel, stencil-colored in, and then applied to card.
