Heyyyy, Folks...
Earlier this year, I joined a BioSwap for stampers
(which is a biggie for me; I rarely join any swap anymore but would love to have the time)
sponsored by Carol Perry on StampTalk .
The deadline for our pages was Sept. 4th.
Little did any of us know that a mere 7 days later, all of our lives would be changed forever.
Here's the front of the page I created:
I created this page just for the fun of imagining
"what if" stamps could talk.
If I were to do this same page with the same images today, I think the page would be the same
(just for the fun of it)
but with a couple of extra comments at the bottom of the page.
So now I'm taking this second chance to say what I think I would have added to the page:
God Bless America. God Bless this planet.
May peace be found in the New Year of 2002.
And, may we never, ever lose our sense of humor
(just for the fun of it)
even in the face of terror.
